The Leadership Development Program (LDP) aims to impart the solid foundations of leadership to the upper management layer of the company so that they may lead, guide and impact their subordinates following the tested principles of leadership.

The Program will specifically delve into the Accepted Leadership Foundations via an indoor seminar-type class with a monitoring and application portion which the leaders will have to apply.

The direct aim of the LDP is to raise the level of leadership so that there is a continued dynamic upward growth in the organization.
